IDEAL PRAKTIK 205D INVERTER WELDING. Inverter welder for MMA welding with a DC coated electrode.

Allows welding with rutile, basic electrodes, stainless steel and cast iron. Commonly known as a hot start, allows the welding current to be raised above the value set by the welder. HOT START works when the arc is ignited and is intended to prevent the electrode sticking to the material. It is a great help when igniting the electrode. Cuts off / minimizes welding voltage and current in the event of shorting the electrode with the material being welded.

ANTI STICK enables the welder to detach the electrode more easily. ARC FORCE stabilizes the arc regardless of its length. A dedicated knob allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Decreasing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of the penetration, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper penetration and the possibility of short arc welding.

When setting the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to push the electrode into the pool of molten metal and burn the material through. Degree of protection: IP23 TECHNICAL PARAMETERS. Maximum current: 200 A - 40%. Working current 60%: 160 A.

Diameter of the welding electrode: 1.6 - 4.0. Welding current adjustment range: 10 - 200 A POWER PARAMETERS. Power supply protection: 16 A.

Rated supply voltage: 230 V; 50Hz (1ph). Electronically controlled, smooth welding current control. The maximum diameter of the coated electrode 4.0.
